Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect the minimum needed to answer you and run this website, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time.

This policy describes how SEO Sasquatch(“we,” “us”), a search engine optimization agency based in Seattle, Washington, handles information collected through seo-sasquatch.com. We track Sasquatch; we do not track you around the internet.

What information do we collect?

We collect three narrow kinds of information: what you submit through our forms (name, email, website URL, message, plan interest), standard server logs generated by any website (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps), and — if we enable analytics — aggregate, privacy-respecting usage data about which pages get read.

We do not require an account, we do not collect payment details through this website, and we do not ask for information we don’t need to respond to you.

What do we use it for?

Form submissions are used to reply to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the services you asked about. Server logs are used for security and keeping the site running. Analytics, when present, is used to understand which content is useful — in aggregate, not to profile individuals.

  • Responding to contact form messages and audit requests.
  • Sending reports or documents you explicitly asked for.
  • Operating, securing, and debugging the website.

What do we never do with your data?

We never sell your data. We never rent it, trade it, or share it with data brokers or advertisers, and we never add you to a marketing list you didn’t ask to join. Information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate this site (such as hosting and email delivery), and only for that purpose.

If a law enforcement request legally compels disclosure, we comply with the law — that is the only other circumstance in which data leaves our hands.

How is data from the free SEO audit handled?

When you request a free SEO audit, the URL you submit is fetched and analyzed transiently, cached briefly so repeated scans don’t hammer your server, and then expires from the cache. Audit reports are emailed only when you request them, to the address you provide.

We only scan publicly accessible pages — the same ones any search engine crawler can see. We don’t attempt logins, probe non-public systems, or retain full copies of your site.

Cookies and analytics

This site works without advertising cookies and does not use cross-site tracking. If we run analytics, we choose tooling configured for aggregate measurement rather than individual profiles. Your browser’s standard controls (including blocking cookies) will not break this website.

How long do we keep data — and how do you delete it?

Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and reasonable business records. To have your data deleted, email hello@seo-sasquatch.com with the address you used, and we’ll confirm deletion of what we hold — no forms, no fees, no interrogation.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated date at the top of the page. We won’t retroactively weaken protections on data collected under an older version.

How to reach us
