Local SEOBe seen in your own woods.

You don’t need to outrank the entire internet — just every competitor between Tacoma and Everett. Local SEO puts your business in front of the neighbors who are already searching for exactly what you do.

What is local SEO?

Local SEO is the practice of making a business visible for location-based searches — “plumber near me,” “coffee roaster in Ballard” — through Google Business Profile optimization, consistent name-address-phone citations, genuine reviews, and locally relevant pages. For most Seattle-area businesses, the map pack drives more calls than everything ranked below it.

Be seen, not just heard about. Word of mouth built your reputation; local SEO is what lets a stranger holding a phone act on it.

Why does my Google Business Profile matter so much?

Your Google Business Profile is the strongest local ranking asset you directly control. It powers the map pack, feeds Google's AI answers about your business, and displays your hours, photos, services, and reviews. An incomplete or inconsistent profile quietly hands calls to whichever competitor filled theirs out properly.

We manage the whole surface: primary and secondary categories, services, attributes, photos, posts, Q&A, and the steady upkeep Google rewards. We also report spam listings crowding your category — the map pack has squatters.

How do reviews and citations move “near me” rankings?

Google ranks “near me” results on proximity, relevance, and prominence. You can't move your address, so we work the other two: citations — consistent business listings across directories — make your data trustworthy, while a steady flow of genuine reviews signals that real customers keep choosing you.

Our review strategy is strictly honest: systems that ask real customers at the right moment — never purchased, never faked, never gated. Bought reviews are an FTC problem and a Google penalty waiting to happen, and you don’t build a findable business on fabricated evidence.

Which Seattle-area cities do you serve?

We serve businesses across the Puget Sound region: Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Redmond, Everett, and Kirkland. For service-area businesses, we build a local landing page for each city you actually work in — written like a local wrote it, not a template with the city name swapped out.

Each city page gets the full content optimization treatment — real local specifics, one clear intent — because a thin doorway page fools no one, least of all Google.

The method

How we work

Four steps, run on repeat, every deliverable logged where you can see it.

  1. Step 01

    Verify the trailhead

We audit your Google Business Profile, every citation, and your competitors' local footprint. Inconsistent data is the most common — and most fixable — local ranking problem.

  2. Step 02

    Clean and optimize

Profile completed and tuned, citations corrected, LocalBusiness schema added, and city pages built for the areas you actually serve.

  3. Step 03

    Earn prominence

Review systems go live and local link outreach begins — genuine community relevance, not directory spam.

  4. Step 04

    Report the sightings

Monthly plain-English reporting on map-pack visibility, calls, and direction requests. You see exactly what moved and what we're doing next.

Questions from the trail

How long does local SEO take to work?

Profile and citation fixes often show effects within four to eight weeks, because Google refreshes local data frequently. Competitive map-pack positions in dense Seattle categories take longer and depend on reviews and proximity. We never guarantee rankings or timelines — we log the work and show you the trend.

I work from home — can I still rank locally?

Yes. Google supports service-area businesses that hide their address and rank for the areas they serve. The playbook shifts toward service-area settings, city landing pages, reviews, and citations. Proximity still matters, but a hidden home address is not a disqualifier.

Can you remove fake or unfair reviews?

Sometimes. Google removes reviews that violate its policies — fake, off-topic, or from conflicts of interest — and we handle the reporting and escalation. Nobody can remove honest criticism, and you should run from anyone who claims otherwise. The durable fix is a steady stream of genuine reviews.
